The short, directed by Mojtaba Pour-Abdullah, will vie at the competition section of the 2021 edition of the festival.
The film is Iran's only representative at the event selected from among 2,595 films received by the secretariat of the festival.
“One of the hobbies of Abolfazl and Massoud is swimming secretly in the water tank on the roof of their building until they confront Mohammad,” a short synopsis for the film reads.
The Brooklyn Film Festival (BFF) is an international, competitive festival. The BFF's mission is to provide a public forum in Brooklyn in order to advance public interest in films and the independent production of films.
The 24th edition of the event will be held online due to the coronavirus pandemic on June 4-13, 2021.
